A realistic walkthrough of a home blood collection visit - booking, slot confirmation, the phlebotomist visit, and digital report delivery.
Once you book a test, the lab confirms your order and calls to fix a collection slot. Our partner labs offer free home sample collection with every online booking. The phlebotomist arrives with sealed collection tubes, needles, gloves and a biohazard disposal bag.
Make sure someone is at the address during the confirmed slot. If you need to change the slot, call the lab using the number on your booking confirmation - rescheduling is free.
The phlebotomist checks your identity and the booking details before starting, then draws the required sample - usually from a vein in the arm. The process itself takes a few minutes. For children or difficult draws, the phlebotomist uses the smallest needed equipment.
If your booking includes multiple tests, a single collection session covers all of them; you do not get pricked once per test.
The sample is transported to the laboratory with cold-chain handling where required. Your digital report is delivered on email and WhatsApp within the timeline shown on the test page. You can download and share the report with your doctor directly.
