bloodtest.in operates an online platform that lets users compare and book diagnostic blood tests from listed laboratories. We are a booking platform, not a laboratory. The laboratory you select performs the sample collection, runs the test and issues the report.
When you place an order, you must provide accurate name, contact and address details. Booking confirms the test and price shown at checkout. Prices include the home sample collection visit unless stated otherwise. A certified phlebotomist visits the address you provide at the selected slot.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled collection. To cancel or reschedule, contact support with your booking reference. Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed to the original payment method.
Digital reports are shared on email and WhatsApp within the timeline displayed on each test page (typically within 24 hours). Reports are generated by the laboratory. bloodtest.in does not interpret results; please discuss your report with the doctor who advised the test.
